We had a wonderful Christmas this year. The two children brought so much joy to the holiday. We spend Christmas Eve at home just the four of us. We even had a visit from Santa! Later that evening Pepper's family came to be here when the kids opened their gifts in the morning. What a treat! Later that day, we traveled to Pepper's parents house for Christmas dinner.

First Big Snow Storm of the Season
We tried our best to make the most of being outside in the snow today, but it was SO cold that it didn't make sense. We did get a couple of sledding runs in, but the snowman will have to wait for next storm...
2009 Holiday Baking
Alex and I made the most of our home bound weekend....We had a major snow storm that forced us to stay inside. We decided to get going on our holiday baking!!

Alex had a Christmas performance at her school this week. It was adorable! They sang a few songs and we had a nice reception afterwards.

Jackson, not even 6 months, CRAWLING! Well, almost...
The past two days Jackson has been on the move! He is completely up on all fours and rocking back and forth. He also frequents the push up position - Pepper is VERY proud. He is crawling backwards, and it is only a matter of time before he figures out forward motion. YIKES!
